Some of the Many Little Things that I Love – Part One!

I wanted to write this post so that I never forget what I love to do and it would also help me in finding more about myself, to reflect and become aware of who I am as a person by way of knowing what little things I love to do.

Here are some of the little things that I take delight in: 

• I love when the sunlight enters my room through the windows. The excitement of opening the curtain and letting the daylight in, instead of switching on the lights is what I look forward to, the moment I wake up.

• I simply love people-watching. I think I am a curious person and very observant, hence, this is one activity which I can do all day and not get tired.

• Another thing which is very dear to me is giving customized presents to my friends and family like gifting customized t-shirts ‘The Best Dad’, hand-made birthday cards, friendship band with a message on it. I don’t mind spending time while choosing the gifts for my loved ones.
• I love arranging the books on my shelf in a colorful order. Pink cover book adjacent to the orange one adjacent to the black one and so on.
• I enjoy the weather in October and February, when it is neither too cold nor too hot.
• Visiting the historic places makes me happy. These places fascinate me. When I am there, I wonder what it would have been like to be born in that era. I let my imagination go wild and I simply rejoice in it.

These are the only things that I can remember as of now. As and when I come up with some more, I’ll post it in the next blog post.
