Review: Man’s Search for Meaning

Man's Search for Meaning
Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

The autobiography part was heart-wrenching. But the second and third parts of the book were based on pure psychiatry/ psychoanalysis/ logotherapy and most of the terms were difficult to comprehend. All in all, it was an eye-opener in many senses- how people behave when they feel that their suffering is not worthy, how they need a goal/ a meaning to be able to fight for survival, why humans hurt other humans, et al.
I am rating it 3 stars owing to its hard-to-understand psychiatric terms.

Heya fellow bloggers and my readers!

I am currently reading ‘Man’s Search for Meaning’ and like million other readers in the world, I share the same view that this book grabs your attention from the very first page. And I even found that powerful quote (which is going to be my all-time favorite quote now) on the first page itself! I wonder what the rest of the pages have in store for me! 😀
